   On the morning of July 29th, Liang Zhifeng, Director of the Small and Medium sized Enterprises Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, and his delegation, accompanied by Yang Shengyue, Deputy Mayor of the People's Government of Zhuzhou City, and other relevant leaders, conducted on-site research on Zhuzhou Torch Antai, a specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise. Tang Zhiyong, Deputy General Manager of Production of the company, accompanied them to report.

  Director Liang Zhifeng and his delegation visited the company and highly recognized the achievements of Torch Antai in its short years of entrepreneurship.

  Tang Zhiyong, Vice President of Production, introduced the company's situation. ITO targets have gone from research and development and trial production to successful mass production and supply to the top four panel manufacturers in China. The product quality has reached the world's excellent level, solving the long-term dependence of the display panel industry on imports and the bottleneck problem of key raw materials. For example, metal targets have replaced German imported targets in a photovoltaic company under China National Building Materials.

  The newly expanded factory building of the company is currently installing relevant equipment, and the production capacity after formal operation will reach 500 tons/year, which will solve the passive situation of panel manufacturers in this raw material project.

 

  Director Liang Zhifeng expressed the high importance that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council attach to the innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises are the hope for China's industrial revitalization, especially those that can solve the bottleneck problem. He encouraged Torch Antai to continue to maintain and continue to play its core innovation capabilities, continuously improve industry competitiveness, and enter the fast lane of enterprise development.
